2022 SDCLA Bylaws
The San Diego County Lodging Association (SDCLA) Board of Directors is pleased to present you with the updated SDCLA Bylaws for your consideration. The Board’s vote to recommend these updated Bylaws was unanimous. As a Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation organized under California law, SDCLA must maintain bylaws that are compliant with all relevant statutes that govern associations.
All active members have been mailed a ballot to vote on the proposed SDCLA Bylaws.
SDCLA currently has 160 voting members. For approval of the updated Bylaws, we must receive eligible ballots from at least 10 of the current voting members, and of those voting, at least a majority must approve the updated Bylaws in order for them to become effective.
In order to be counted, your ballot must be received by SDCLA no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday December 16, 2022. A postmark date will not suffice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact SDCLA staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or (619) 678-1195.
Upon completion of your review, please follow the process to complete your vote:
