Bob Rauch, aka the “hotel guru,” is an internationally recognized hotelier with over 40 years of hospitality-related management experience. Nathan Kelley is an economist and risk management professional who serves as the Director of Research for the San Diego Tourism Authority.
They will take a look back the historic data and trends and project forward for 2023. Notably, Bob will complete a county-wide analysis of the following submarkets:
