Dear HMA Allied Members,
It is time again for the Allied Member Reverse Tradeshow!
Participation will be limited to 20 allied members who have not previously participated in the Reverse Trade Show.
• The Reverse Tradeshow will provide allied members the opportunity to interact with hotel decision makers face-to-face.
• You will have 2 minutes to briefly present your company to each hotelier.
• We request that you provide a, pre-punched single 8 1/2 by 11 presentation page for a three-hole binder, detailing your services and/or products.
• Your business card should be attached to this presentation page for future reference. The hotel representatives will insert this page into a binder to take with them at the end of the event.
Allied members will be included on a first response basis. Each allied company will be allowed to have 2 representatives present at the event. The cost to participate is $100 per company. This will afford you the opportunity to have a face-to-face meeting with 15 hotel general managers and their representatives.
The purpose of this event is for you to make 15 person-to-person hotel contacts with HMA hotel members.
Participation is limited to the first 20 allied members who respond via email, have not previously participated and are current on membership. Payment may be made by check or credit card and received within 7 days. A credit card authorization form was sent with email. (Credit card will only be processed if you are part of the 20 Allied companies confirmed)
